• You must be a resident of India to access our services.

3. Nature of Service (Disclaimer)

• We do not provide professional therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial advice.
• Our listeners are empathetic peers, not licensed psychologists or psychiatrists.
• If you are in a crisis, feeling suicidal, or facing a medical emergency, please contact a relevant emergency helpline or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

When using SunBhai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Treat our listeners with respect and dignity. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Booking Rules and Cancellations

• Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please be punctual. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be cancelled.
• If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to allow others to book the slot.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payments and Refunds

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Harass, stalk, or threaten listeners or other users.
• Share explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to solicit personal contact information (phone numbers, addresses) from listeners for off-platform communication.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam.

10. Limitation of Liability

SunBhai and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service.
• Any advice or information obtained (or not obtained) through the service.
• Unauthorized access to your data.
